Job summary

Accenture Nordics seeks an expert in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP to lead enterprise data and activation solutions. You will combine hands-on platform knowledge with delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and team coaching to build scalable, privacy‑safe customer data foundations.

You will work with marketing, analytics, data, and engineering teams to implement AEP solutions enabling personalization, activation, and measurement at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering AEP/RT-CDP solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in AEP data modeling: XDM schemas, datasets, identity, and profile behavior.
• Understanding of RT-CDP concepts: Real-Time Customer Profile, identity resolution, segmentation, activation workflows.
• Experience designing and supporting system integrations into AEP, including troubleshooting and data validation.
• Knowledge of consent, governance, data quality, and activation dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AEP/RT-CDP implementations from requirements through delivery and stabilization.
• Design and configure AEP data models, including XDM schemas, datasets, identity fields, and profile-enabled datasets.
• Advise on identity strategy, profile enablement, segmentation, audience qualification, and activation use cases.
• Ingest data and integrate into AEP: mapping, validation, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Ensure solutions align with data governance, consent, privacy, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and technical teams to enable personalization and measurement.
• Investigate ingestion or activation issues and support root‑cause analysis.
• Contribute to delivery quality through documentation, testing support, architecture reviews, and operations readiness.
