Job summary

Accenture seeks an AEP/RT-CDP expert to lead sophisticated customer data platform initiatives for enterprise clients. You will blend hands-on platform mastery with delivery leadership, stakeholder management and team coaching to build scalable, privacy‑safe data foundations that enable personalised experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering AEP and Real-Time CDP solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in AEP data modeling: XDM schemas, datasets and identity, profile behavior.
• Knowledge of RT-CDP concepts: real-time profiles, identity resolution and activation workflows.
• Experience designing system integrations into AEP with validation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of consent, governance, data quality and activation dependencies.
• Delivery leadership: planning, prioritization, stakeholder management and risk handling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear platform designs.
• Consulting mindset with ownership and delivery focus; people leadership is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AEP and RT-CDP solutions enabling personalization and measurement at scale.
• Lead delivery with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, data and engineering.
• Guide data models, identity strategies, segmentation and activation use cases.
• Oversee data ingestion, mapping, validation, monitoring and troubleshooting in AEP.
• Ensure solutions comply with data governance, privacy and security requirements.
• Provide architecture reviews, documentation and readiness for production.
• Mentor and coach team members to build delivery capability.
