Job summary

Terma cerca un Advanced Systems Engineer per progetti di difesa in Danimarca. Ruolo chiave per lo sviluppo e la gestione tecnica di proposte R&D: guida dall’onboarding fino alla consegna, con responsabilità di Bid/Proposal e integrazione HW/SW/Sensor.

Richiesta laurea in ingegneria correlata, esperienza in sistemi aerospaziali/difesa e conoscenza di EW/SPS; disponibilità a lavoro ibrido a Lystrup, Danimarca.

Qualifications

• Fluenza in inglese; il danese è un plus.
• La laurea magistrale/laurea in ingegneria aerospaziale, elettronica, fisica, ingegneria dei sistemi o campo tecnico rilevante.
• Esperienza come Systems Engineer, Technical Lead o Bid/Proposal Engineer nell’industria aerospaziale/difesa internazionale o europea.
• Conoscenza di EW, SPS, aerostrutture, interfacce arma/boros, sensori a bordo.
• Comprensione dell’architettura di aeromobili militari, LRUs, integrazione HW/SW/MECH.
• Familiarità con standard difesa aerospaziale (MIL-STD, ARINC, DO-178/DO-254).

Responsibilities

• Guidare proposte tecniche dall’definizione alla consegna.
• Esecuzione e supporto di offerte tecniche; guida end-to-end delle proposte.
• Integrazione hardware EW avanzata; sistemi sensore ed effector.
• Gestione del rischio e delle stime di progetto.
• Gestione proposte di R&D Air & Land in Danimarca/Europa.

EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for an Advanced System Engineer willing to work in Denmark for Terma, a high-tech company developing products and systems for defense and non-defense security applications, including command and control systems, radar systems, self-protection systems for aircraft, space technology, and aerostructures for the aircraft industry.

Role And Tasks

As an Advanced System Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and technical management of proposals for Air & Land R&D projects. After an initial onboarding period working alongside senior colleagues, you will gradually take on full responsibility for leading technical proposals independently, from initial definition through to final delivery.

SKILLS:

We are looking for a technically driven and analytical professional with a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate can balance attention to technical details with a broader system-level perspective, takes ownership of responsibilities, and communicates effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

• Fluency in English (Danish is a plus).
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering, Electronics, Physics, Systems Engineering, or another highly relevant technical field.
• Industry Experience: Solid, proven experience as a Systems Engineer, Technical Lead, or specialized Bid/Proposal Engineer within the international or European aerospace and defense industry.
• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge - or a proven capability to quickly master - complex aircraft technologies spanning Electronic Warfare (EW), Self-Protection Systems (SPS), aerostructures, weapon/pylon interfaces, and airborne sensors.
• Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of military aircraft architecture (including fighter jet and helicopter platforms), line-replaceable units (LRUs), and the interplay between hardware (HW), software (SW), and mechanical integration.
• Standards & Frameworks: Familiarity with aerospace/defense standards (e.g., MIL-STD, ARINC, DO-178/DO-254) is a distinct advantage.

The Company Needs You To Confirm That You Can Obtain a Security Clearance By The Danish Defense Intelligence Service, And That All Adults In Your Household Are Not Posing Any Risk To The Related Risk-evaluation. This Entails Among Other Issues

• That you have as a minimum stayed within NATO/EU/MISWG countries for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad, and
• That you have not committed serious criminal offences
