AGC Biologics in Copenhagen is seeking a Marine Engineer (Maskinmester) or Electrical Engineer to join our Facility Management team. You will help ensure safe, reliable and compliant operation of our technical installations and facilities, supporting 24/7 R&D and production activities.

You will work on electrical installations, building systems and be involved in preventive maintenance, compliance and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• Experience with electrical installations and technical building systems in maintenance, facility management or industrial environments.
• Experience with energy supply, facility operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation of technical installations.
• Ability to handle both practical technical tasks and administrative responsibilities, including documentation and compliance.
• Experience working with external suppliers and contractors.
• Structured planning and follow-up on maintenance and technical activities.
• Understanding of electrical installation legislation, regulations and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring maximum uptime and reliable operation of technical building systems supporting 24/7 activities.
• Taking responsibility for electrical installations and ensuring they are operated and maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, procedures and documentation within area of responsibility.
• Planning, coordinating and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supporting modifications, relocations and expansion projects across the site.
• Participating in commissioning and handover of new equipment and installations.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to technical systems, maintenance routines and safety/quality management.
• Planning and implementing smaller technical projects related to electrical safety, quality management and compliance.
• Contributing to energy optimisation and improvements to the technical infrastructure.
