Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for HR activities at the Velbert site
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the HR Business Partner team and Payroll
  • Support in implementing personnel measures in compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations
  • Evaluation and handling of legal matters related to labor law
  • Trustful collaboration with the local works council, including negotiation of works agreements
  • Continuous development and professionalization of HR processes, considering SAP SuccessFactors
  • Independent identification of HR‑relevant areas for action, development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Participation in global projects and close cooperation with HR colleagues in an international network
Your Profile
  • Completed degree in economics with a focus on HR or law with a specialization in labor law, or a comparable qualification
  • Open, personable, and motivating leadership personality with several years of experience in team development
  • Extensive expertise in all HR topics: solid knowledge in labor law, social security and tax law, payroll, and change management, preferably from the automotive industry
  • Analytical thinking and strategic mindset
