Your Mission: High-Performance Venture Building As a Venture Consultant, you are the strategic sparring partner for the next generation of pioneers in high-impact technologies. You will play a dual role: delivering world-class coaching for our core program and driving the success of specialized vertical tracks. Your goal is to combine cross-sector expertise with operational excellence to build the most successful startups in Europe.

Best in Class Startup Coaching & Acceleration: You take full responsibility for the acceleration of startups across our core verticals. Your success is measured by the highest level of startup satisfaction and a demonstrable acceleration of the teams (e.g., funding readiness, market entry). You challenge hypotheses, reality-check go-to-market strategies, and push founders to achieve true product-market fit.
Contribution to Vertical Partner Tracks: You support dedicated acceleration tracks for our partners, e.g. EIT Food Accelerator and Agrifood Hub activities. You ensure these programs meet the high expectations of corporate partners and foundations, managing deliverables, quality standards, and stakeholder reporting with excellence.
Scouting & Evaluation: You identify, scout, and evaluate Europe’s strongest B2B Tech startups. By applying rigorous criteria and sector-specific insights, you ensure that only the most promising deep-tech teams from Biotech, HealthTech to Sustainability enter our funnel.
Strategic & Data-Driven Program Evolution: You actively shape the content, operational, and strategic development of XPRENEURS. With a focus on coaching methodology and network expansion, you drive the digitalization and data-driven execution of our programs to ensure scalable excellence and transparency.
Network & Ecosystem Matchmaking: You connect your portfolio teams with specialized talent, pilot customers, and venture capital, leveraging the unique UnternehmerTUM platform to create unfair advantages for our founders. You bring and further build your own network, ideally in the fields of Life Sciences or Biotech and beyond which you leverage for our startups.
