Aufgaben

Own the full client journey – from onboarding to project launch

Coordinate between clients and developers, translating requirements clearly in English

Manage multiple client projects in parallel, keeping track of tasks and deadlines

Act as the main point of contact between clients and the dev team

Support clients during the go-live process and after launch

Identify upselling opportunities and help clients grow digitally

Qualifikation

You are currently enrolled at university (e.g., Business, Communication, Media, Information Systems, or similar)

You speak German fluently and English at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)

You are structured, proactive, and reliable – even when managing multiple projects

You have a solid technical understanding and communicate clearly and precisely

You’ve worked with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Canva, WordPress – or can learn them quickly

You enjoy working with clients and bring a strong service mindset

First sales experience or interest in upselling is a plus
