Zusammenfassung

Siemens Healthineers sucht eine engagierte Unterstützung im UX-Forschungsbereich zur Mitwirkung an Interviews, Fokusgruppen und Usability-Tests für digitale Lösungen im diagnostischen Bildgebungsbereich.

Sie begleiten Vorbereitungen, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Studien und kommunizieren Ergebnisse an Stakeholder. Sie bringen Interesse an UX, Methodenkenntnisse und gute Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse mit.

Qualifikationen

• Du studierst Psychologie, Human Factors, HCI, Sozialwissenschaften, Medizintechnik oder ein verwandtes Fach.
• Idealerweise befindest du dich am Anfang deines Masterstudiums oder in der Mitte deines Bachelorstudiums.
• Du hast theoretische Kenntnisse zu Forschungsmethoden oder praktische Erfahrung mit qualitativen und quantitativen Forschungsmethoden.
• Du kennst Werkzeuge zur Analyse qualitativer oder quantitativer Daten wie R, MAXQDA und beherrschst Excel oder PowerPoint; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Figma/Conceptboard.
• Du verfügst über exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Du interessierst dich für Evaluation von Mensch-Computer-Schnittstellen und Nutzerzentrierung/Design Thinking.
• Du bist Teamplayer mit guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit, arbeitest aber auch selbständig.
• Du hast echtes Interesse an UX und kannst dich zielgerichtet in Aufgaben vertiefen.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung von Forschungsaktivitäten wie Interviews, Fokusgruppen und Usability-Tests.
• Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Studien und effektive Kommunikation der Ergebnisse.
• Beitrag zu Projekten und Plattformen, die Forscher bei der kritischen Prüfung und Diskussion ihrer Ergebnisse unterstützen.
• Mitarbeit bei Literaturrecherchen und Umfragen zu Usability/UX im medizinischen Bereich; Entwicklung standardisierter UX-Research-Verfahren im medizinischen Sektor.

Aufgaben:

You will contribute to research activities such as user interviews, focus groups and usability tests for the development of digital solutions in the field of diagnostic imaging

You will assist with the preparation and conduct of user studies, as well as their detailed evaluation and documentation, and communicate the results effectively to various stakeholders

You will contribute to projects and platforms that enable researchers to critically examine and discuss their research findings

In addition to the tasks mentioned above, you will assist with general research activities such as literature reviews and surveys, particularly on topics relating to usability and UX in the medical sector, as well as with the development of standardised procedures for UX research in the medical sector

Qualifikation:

You are studying psychology, human factors, HCI, social sciences, medical technology or another related subject

Ideally, you are at the start of your Master's degree or halfway through your Bachelor's degree

You have theoretical knowledge of research methodology or some practical experience in applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as the creation, validation and evaluation of questionnaires, or the preparation, conduct and analysis of interviews or usability tests

You are familiar with tools for analysing qualitative or quantitative data, such as R, MAXQDA, or advanced knowledge of Excel or PowerPoint, and preferably practical experience with tools such as Figma and Conceptboard for project presentation and collaboration

You have excellent written and spoken German and English

You are interested in the evaluation of human-computer interfaces and the principles of user-centred design/design thinking

You are a team player with good communication skills, but also demonstrate commitment when working independently on tasks

You have a genuine interest in UX and are able to dedicate yourself purposefully to the tasks of this role
