Zusammenfassung

Siemens sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft zur Unterstützung unserer Berater bei der Stärkung der Cybersecurity-Posture in Industrie- und Betreiberumgebungen. Du trägst dazu bei, das OT-Cybersecurity-Portfolio gezielt anzuwenden, interne Abläufe und Kundensysteme weltweit abzusichern und technische Inhalte verständlich ins Business zu übersetzen.

Du wirst in Beratungsleistungen eingebunden, einschließlich Gap- und Risikobewertungen, Mitigation-Plänen und Roadmaps, in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team.

Qualifikationen

• Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium an einer deutschen Universität in den Bereichen Cybersecurity, Informatik, Data Science oder einem verwandten Feld eingeschrieben.
• Du hast solide Erfahrungen in Informatik oder Beratung gesammelt.
• Erfahrungen mit Cybersecurity-Kontrollen/Technologien (Härtung, IDS, Vulnerability Management, Anomali-Detektion, Segmentierung) sind vorteilhaft.
• Kenntnisse zu ICS/OT, KI oder Python sind von Vorteil.
• Gute Deutsch- und sehr gutes Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.

Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt unsere Berater dabei, die Cybersicherheitslage unserer Kund*innen in Industrie- und Kritischen-Infrastruktur-Umgebungen zu stärken.
• Du nutzt Siemens' OT-Cybersecurity-Portfolio zur Sicherung interner Abläufe und Kundensysteme weltweit.
• Du übersetzt technische Themen in geschäftliche Sprache, förderst Management-Buy-in und beschleunigst Projektfortschritte.
• Du lieferst Cybersecurity-Beratungsleistungen, z. B. Gap-/Risikobewertungen, Maßnahmenpläne und Roadmaps, in Abstimmung mit dem Team.

Aufgaben:

You support our consultants in strengthening the cybersecurity posture of customers within industrial and critical infrastructure environmentsBuilding on this, you support the use of Siemens' global OT cybersecurity portfolio to help safeguard both our internal operations and our customers worldwideFurthermore, you contribute to translating technical and specialist topics into business language, facilitating management buy-in and accelerating project progressAdditionally, you participate in delivering cybersecurity consulting services, including gap and risk assessments, mitigation planning, and roadmap creation in coordination with the teamFinally, you collaborate with a diverse community of cybersecurity specialists and contribute insights regarding on customer needs, market trends, and regulations to support the further development of our portfolio

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at a German university in the fields of cybersecurity, computer science, data science, or a related field.Experience and Skills :You have solid experience in computer science or consultingExperience with cybersecurity controls and technologies (such as hardening, IDS, vulnerability management, anomaly detection, network segmentation) is beneficialKnowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), Operational Technology (OT), AI, or Python is a plusWays of Working : You demonstrate outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills, passion, social competence, and strong team spiritLanguages : A good command of German and a very good command of English are required
