Stride is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support the HR Technology function. The role collaborates with HR and IT to ensure data integrity, reporting, and system functionality for strategic planning and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of related experience, deep Workday HCM knowledge, and strong analytical and testing skills. The position is remote, supporting Stride’s HR technology initiatives and continuous improvement through modern software
Business Systems focuses on acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including: identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives; making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology; researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices); translating business requirements into application requirements. Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of related professional experience.
The Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst performs a wide range of activities that support the optimal use, functioning and data integrity of Workday. Residing within the Human Resources (HR) department and working closely with the IT Department, the position liaises across the HR teams to provide user support and education as well as feedback, analysis and reporting on data, workflow and system functionality for strategic business planning and decision-making.

Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $69,906.75 to $99,000.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
