TeamViewer sucht eine/n eingeschriebene/n Student/in für das HR Business Partnering in Göppingen. Du sammelst Einblicke in die strategische Personalabteilung und betreust Studierende in der EMEA-Region.

Du unterstützt die HR Business Partner im Tagesgeschäft, arbeitest an HR-Projekten mit und erstellst Gehaltsbenchmarks zur Entscheidungsgrundlage. Flexible Arbeitszeiten, internationales Umfeld und attraktive Benefits gehören dazu.

Qualifikationen

• Eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Personalmanagement, BWL, VWL, Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung, Changemanagement oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Pflicht.
• Gutes IT-Verständnis, insbesondere MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SuccessFactors.

Aufgaben

• Betreuung der an TeamViewer angestellten Studierenden in der EMEA-Region.
• Unterstütze HR Business Partner im Tagesgeschäft, z. B. Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen.
• Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten, z. B. Einführung des SAP SuccessFactors Systems.
• Erstelle Datenanalysen (z.B. Gehaltsbenchmarks) zur HR-Entscheidungsunterstützung.
• Unterstütze bei Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien und -Prozessen.
• Identifiziere, entwickle und binde Talente durch Feedbackprozesse.
• Mitwirkung an Initiativen zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -förderung.

Responsibilities

Wir geben Dir die Möglichkeit im HR Business Partnering einen Einblick in die strategische Personalabteilung zu erhalten und an vielfältigen HR-Projekten teilzunehmen.

• Übernehme die Betreuung der bei TeamViewer angestellten Studierende in der EMEA-Region
• Begleite, beobachte und unterstütze die HR Business Partner im Tagesgeschäft (z.B. Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen)
• Unterstütze die HR Business Partner durch aktive Mitarbeit an verschiedenen HR-Projekten (z.B. Einführung des neuen HR-Systems SAP SucessFactors)
• Erstelle Datenanalyse und -interpretation (z.B. Gehaltsbenchmarks) zur Unterstützung von HR-Entscheidungen.
• Unterstütze bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien und Prozessen (z.B. im Rahmen der Gehaltserhöhungsrunden)
• Unterstütze bei der Identifizierung, Entwicklung und Bindung von Talenten im Unternehmen (z.e. im Rahmen des Feedbackprozess).
• Mitwirkung an Initiativen zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -förderung

Requirements

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) an einer Hochschule oder Universität im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Personalmanagement, BWL, VWL, Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung bzw. -wissenschaften, Changemanagement, oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Pflicht
• Hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Begeisterung und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SucessFactors

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
