In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT
  • Manage and track all supplier bonus payments (monthly, quarterly, annual) in close coordination with Controlling, Accounting, Categories, and Suppliers
  • Maintain and update the bonus master file, including condition checks with KDB (Top 30 suppliers)
  • Conduct quarterly bonus forecasting together with Categories and the PD/Akzente team
  • Participate in A&P team meetings regarding contracts, condition updates, and KDB status
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for KPMG audits (forecasts, alignments, processes, meetings)
  • Create monthly Sell-In reports (Suppliers vs. MSI) and manage A&P controlling and reporting (e.g. Top 50 Sell-Out)
  • Prepare and track monthly limits and support supply chain planning for central orders (e.g. Christmas volumes)

  • Expert knowledge of Excel, MSI, and SAP
  • Independent and structured way of working with a hands‑on mentality
  • Proven ability to manage operational processes and recurring reporting cycles autonomously
  • Strong communication skills, especially in interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strong organizational abilities
  • Capacity to simplify complex topics and understand the broader business context
  • Interest in strategic and cross‑functional business processes
