Advantest in Böblingen is seeking a Manager CAD Tools & Processes Team (m/f/d) to lead the CAD tools & processes within Hardware R&D. The role combines people management with strategic direction for ECAD/MCAD tools.

You will hire and develop the team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, ensure on-time delivery, and drive innovations. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electronics/electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with CAD design tools in product development.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Good team, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong customer focus and a structured, independent working style.
• Advanced English and German language skills.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster talent.

• Shape the future of Advantest’s ECAD and MCAD tools and processes inside Hardware R&D.
• People management of the CAD tools & processes team.
