Job summary

Magna International is offering a Student/Co-Op position in NRW. You will assist in safety and compliance tasks within our Cosma group, including handling safety data sheets and material records.

Responsibilities include updating hazard material inventories, reviewing approvals for operating substances, and preparing overviews of used and obsolete materials. You will develop professional skills in a global automotive environment while contributing to our sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Current student in economics or related field.
• First knowledge in occupational safety is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office.
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style.
• Good communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Update and archive safety data sheets.
• Maintain the hazardous substances register.
• Review approvals for operating materials.
• Maintain statements of remaining and used substances.
• Create an overview of used and no longer in use operating materials.

• Aktualisierung und Archivierung von Sicherheitsdatenblättern
• Pflege des Gefahrstoffkatasters
• Überprüfung von Freigaben für Betriebsstoffe
• Pflege von Verbleib- und Verwendungserklärungen
• Erstellung einer Übersicht von verwendeten und nicht mehr im Einsatz befindlichen Betriebsstoffen

Dein Profil:

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft
• Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit wünschenswert
• sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikationseigenschaften
• ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
