Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a motivated student to support the global service marketing and product management teams for after-sales services related to operating tables and surgical lights. You will assist in developing service offers, analyze market and customer information, and help prepare business cases and presentations for international stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid work with a Saalfeld site presence about once per week.

• Contribute to the development and strategic positioning of service offerings and services across the product lifecycle
• Analyze market, customer, and competitor information to identify new service potentials
• Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and decision papers for international stakeholders
• Collaborate on global projects to advance our service portfolio
• Prepare and analyze data to evaluate service offerings and business performance
• Assist in creating marketing and sales materials for international markets
• Work with colleagues from marketing, product management, sales and service worldwide

Zur Verstärkung unseres globalen Teams suchen wir einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Service- und Produktstrategie unterstützt und wertvolle Praxiserfahrung im internationalen Marketing und Produktmanagement sammelt.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des globalen Service Marketing- und Produktmanagement-Teams im Bereich After Sales Service für OP-Tische und OP-Leuchten
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und strategischen Positionierung von Serviceangeboten und Dienstleistungen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
• Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsinformationen zur Identifikation neuer Servicepotenziale
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Business Cases, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für internationale Stakeholder
• Mitwirkung bei globalen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Serviceportfolios
• Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten zur Bewertung von Serviceangeboten und deren Geschäftsentwicklung
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Marketing- und Vertriebsunterlagen für internationale Märkte
• Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Marketing, Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Service weltweit

Dein Profil

• Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Gesundheitsökonomie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Interesse an Marketing, Produktmanagement und strategischer Geschäftsentwicklung
• Analytische Denkweise sowie Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und aufzubereiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im Marketing, Produktmanagement, Consulting oder Business Development sind von Vorteil
