KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is offering a working student position in Source-to-Pay Risk & Sustainability to support sustainability initiatives and supplier risk assessments in an international procurement setting. The role involves due diligence, dashboard maintenance, data analysis, and collaboration with global teams.

You will work about 20 hours per week during the semester (approx. 12 months) and up to 38 hours in breaks, mainly on-site in the Berlin area with hybrid options.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled student in the studio subjects Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Law.
• You still have at least two semesters of your studies ahead of you.
• Residence around the Berlin area and on-site work readiness.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Support supplier risk and sustainability assessments.
• Collaborate in due diligence and ESG-related processes.
• Assist in maintaining dashboards, reports and documentation.
• Analyze and prepare sustainability and risk data.
• Participate in projects to develop sustainable procurement processes.
• Cooperate with international teams in procurement, sustainability, compliance and other departments.
• Create and revise presentations and training materials.
• Support internal communication and reporting activities.

Actively shape sustainable supply chains! Are you interested in sustainability, ESG issues and responsible sourcing? In addition, you would like to gain practical experience alongside your studies and gain insights into an international procurement environment? Then become part of our team as our working student (m/f/d) Source-to-Pay Risk & Sustainability (m/f/d). In this role, you will support various initiatives around sustainability, supplier risks and due diligence processes and gain valuable insights into international procurement practice. The position is limited to 12 months during the semesterapproximately 20 hours per week. During the semester break, working hours can up to 38 hours per week be increased

Your tasks:

• Support with supplier risk and sustainability assessments
• Collaboration in due diligence and ESG-related processes
• Support in the maintenance of dashboards, reports and documentation.
• Analysis and preparation of sustainability and risk data
• Participation in projects for the further development of sustainable procurement processes
• Cooperation with international teams from the areas of procurement, sustainability, compliance and other departments
• Creation and revision of presentations and training materials
• Support with internal communication and reporting activities

Your profile:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the studio subjects Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Law or in a comparable course of study. You still have at least two semesters of your studies ahead of you.
• They live in Berlin, Brandenburg or the surrounding area and can work regularly on site.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, procurement or supply chain topics
• Structured and independent way of working
• High willingness to learn paired with a nalytic ability to think
• Very good knowledge of English; Knowledge of German is an advantage
