Key job responsibilities

• You will collaborate with different internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program’s offering and its benefits for our customers. • You will work on one or several projects with your hiring team in tracking open actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights, analyse processes to identify critical points and anticipate risks.

Internship Start Dates

Basic Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Management or similar discipline.
• Available for part-time work (20 hours / week) lasting from 6-12 months with a start date between January and July.
• Proficient in spoken and written German and English (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
• Analytical skills with advanced level in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros).
