Recall Space Agents develops the next generation of AI-driven teammates for purchasing and sales. Our intelligent colleagues Lisa and Victor automate ordering and processing workflows, helping our customers save time and unlock new possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Content-Creation: You assist in drafting engaging blog articles and maintaining our website content.
• Social Media: You regularly post on LinkedIn with short updates, mini-stories or infographics and help build our channels on Instagram and TikTok.
• Sales-Support: In collaboration with our Sales team (SDR Alice from 11x), you prepare content that excites potential customers – for example short videos, slides or posts.
• Kreativität & Visual Design: You design appealing visuals for multimodal posts (image/text/video) and contribute your ideas independently.

Qualification

• Enrollment in a degree program related to Marketing, Media, Communication/Grafic Design or Informatics.
• Initial experience in writing online texts (blog, website, social media) and familiarity with graphic or video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma), Webflow and HubSpot.
• Interest in AI topics, startup spirit and a hands-on mentality: you take initiative and implement ideas quickly.
• Excellent German and very good English language skills.
• Residence in the Rhine-Neckar region or willingness to be on-site in Mannheim regularly.
