Zusammenfassung

MT Management Service GmbH in Augsburg is seeking a Working student (m/f/d) HR Analytics and Digitalisation - copy to support HR analytics and digitalisation efforts for MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

The role focuses on data-driven reporting, analysis and provision planning. It offers mobile working, flexible hours and a gross hourly pay up to 16 €.

Qualifikationen

• Business studies with focus on HR or controlling.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of HR management and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
• Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking.
• Affinity for planning, analyses and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Support management with demand-oriented determination of HR-related key figures for MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.
• Create reports, ad-hoc analyses and statistics.
• Based on analyses, make recommendations for action to specialist departments.
• Support creation of project-related calculations and special analyses.
• Support creation of provisions.

The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. Your Tasks

• you support the management of the demand-oriented determination of HR-related key figures for our companies, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg
• you will create reports, ad-hoc analyses and statistics
• based on your analyses, you can make recommendations for action to specialist departments
• you support the creation of project-related calculations and special analyses
• you support the creation of provisions

Your Qualifications

• Business studies, ideally with a focus on human resources or controlling
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of HR management and ERP systems (ideally SAP) desirable
• Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
• Affinity for planning, analyses and reporting
