Zusammenfassung

OHB Information Technology Services GmbH in Bremen sucht eine/n Werkstudent/in im Bereich End User Services (m/w/d). Sie unterstützen Installationen, Konfigurationen und Bereitstellungen von Hardware/Software sowie das User Lifecycle Management und den Service Desk.

Sie arbeiten in einem hybriden Modell mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und sammeln praktische Erfahrungen in Modern Workplace-Lösungen und ITSM. Sie sind aktuell in einem Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines verwandten

Qualifikationen

• Allgemeine IT- und Computerkenntnisse
• Grundverständnis von IT-Infrastruktur, Betriebssystemen, Netzwerk und Microsoft-Umgebungen
• Ausgeprägte serviceorientierte Kundenschnittstelle
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Hardware und Software für Mitarbeitende
• Mitarbeit im User Lifecycle Management (User-Konten, Zugriffsrechte)
• Unterstützung des Service Desks bei IT-Serviceanfragen und Störungsbehebung
• Analyse und Lösung von Alltags-IT-Problemen in Client- und Arbeitsumgebungen
• Mitwirkung an der Implementierung, Dokumentation und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von IT-Services und Prozessen
• Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts, Migrationsprojekten und digitalen Transformationsinitiativen
• Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken

Your Tasks

• Assisted with the installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software for employees
• Supported User Lifecycle Management activities, including the creation, modification, and assignment of user accounts and access permissions
• Assisted the Service Desk in handling IT service requests and incident resolution
• Analyzed and resolved day-to-day IT issues within client and workplace environments
• Contributed to the implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT services and processes
• Supported IT rollouts, migration projects, and broader digital transformation initiatives
• Maintained technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Your Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field
• Solid general IT and computer skills
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a structured, organized, and reliable manner
• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to gain practical experience in an IT environment
