Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova Grid Solutions is seeking a working student (f/m/d) to support our Continuous Improvement team in Berlin. You will assist with maintaining Lessons Learned registers, data extraction, and generating dashboards to improve programme visibility.

Responsibilities include preparing workshop materials and coordinating follow-up actions. Flexibility is offered with scheduling and up to 20 hours per week, in Berlin, with on-site work and exposure to AI-assisted workflows and PowerPoint-based

• Support maintenance of Lessons Learned registers and tooling (Salesforce, Smartsheet, ToolkitX).
• Assist with data extraction, filtering, and preparation of Lessons Learned for review and workshops.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and tracking outputs for programme visibility.
• Support rollout of Lessons Learned processes across the programme and coordinate follow-up.
• Develop and operate automated and AI-assisted workflows for Lessons Learned capture.
• Prepare information for workshops and meetings using PowerPoint templates.

Job Description Summary

GE Vernova Grid Solutions is at the forefront of offshore HVDC technology in Europe, partnering with major Transmission System Operators - including TenneT - to deliver large-scale HVDC converter stations that bring offshore wind energy into Germany and the Netherlands. We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our Continuous Improvement team under Project Management at the Berlin location. Working hours can be scheduled flexibly and individually in mutual agreement, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Job Description

• Support the maintenance and administration of our Lessons Learned registers and associated tooling, including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and ToolkitX

• Assist with data extraction, filtering, and preparation of Lessons Learned for review and workshop use, using Salesforce, AI-assisted tools, and structured filtering matrices

• Generate reports, dashboards, and tracking outputs to support programme visibility and governance

• Support the roll-out and adoption of Lessons Learned processes across the programme, including follow-up coordination, action tracking, and workshop organisation

• Assist with the development and operation of automated and AI-assisted workflows for Lessons Learned capture and processing

• Maintain action tracking registers and support follow-up coordination across workstreams

• Prepare and transfer information into presentation materials for workshops and meetings using PowerPoint templates
