GE Vernova Grid Solutions is at the forefront of offshore HVDC technology in Europe, partnering with major Transmission System Operators - including TenneT - to deliver large-scale HVDC converter stations that bring offshore wind energy into Germany and the Netherlands. We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our Continuous Improvement team under Project Management at the Berlin location. Working hours can be scheduled flexibly and individually in mutual agreement, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Support the maintenance and administration of our Lessons Learned registers and associated tooling, including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and ToolkitX
Assist with data extraction, filtering, and preparation of Lessons Learned for review and workshop use, using Salesforce, AI-assisted tools, and structured filtering matrices
Generate reports, dashboards, and tracking outputs to support programme visibility and governance
Support the roll-out and adoption of Lessons Learned processes across the programme, including follow-up coordination, action tracking, and workshop organisation
Assist with the development and operation of automated and AI-assisted workflows for Lessons Learned capture and processing
Maintain action tracking registers and support follow-up coordination across workstreams
Prepare and transfer information into presentation materials for workshops and meetings using PowerPoint templates
