Job summary

Wilhelm Theis GmbH sucht einen Schweißer/Rohrfütter (m/w/d) für die HEIZUNG/SANITÄR/KFZ- Bereiche. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen das Installieren von Rohrleitungssystemen, das Schweißen von Verbindungen und das Montieren gemäß Zeichnungen.

Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung im Anlagenbau oder Rohrleitungsbau, aktuelle TIG/MAG/Autogen-Zertifikate und idealerweise Erfahrung im schweißtechnisch sicheren Schweißen.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker/ Rohrbauer oder vergleichbar.
• Vorliegen aktueller Schweißzertifikate TIG, MAG und Autogen.
• Erfahrung im X-ray-sicheren Schweißen vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Rohrleitungssysteme für Heizung, Sanitär und Kälteanlagen installieren.
• Schweißverbindungen mit hoher Präzision herstellen und Qualitätsstandards einhalten.
• Rohrleitungssysteme gemäß Zeichnungen montieren und ausrichten.
• Montagehöhen und -positionen eigenständig einstellen für passgenaue Installation.
• Auf der Baustelle eng mit anderen Gewerken zusammenarbeiten und sich regelmäßig mit dem Seniorfitter austauschen.

Welder / Pipefitter (m/f/d) in the SHK sector - Full-time or part-time -

In this varied position, you will be responsible for welding and assembling pipes in a variety of areas. Your specialist knowledge and eye for detail will help ensure that our projects are completed on time and to the highest quality. Wilhelm Theis GmbH has been one of the leading technical building suppliers in the region for over 90 years. Around 90 employees work at our location in Bad Marienberg and as part of our large-scale projects throughout Germany - from office buildings to shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, residential properties to sports and event facilities.

• You install piping systems for heating, sanitary and refrigeration systems on our assembly sites
• They create welded joints with high precision and according to the required quality standards
• Your tasks include setting up piping systems as well as working according to drawings
• They independently adjust mounting heights and positions and thus ensure a precise installation
• On the construction site, you will work closely with other trades and regularly exchange information with the senior fitter

Your profile

• You have completed training as a plant mechanic, pipe fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification and have sound knowledge of pipe construction
• Current welding certificates for TIG, MAG and autogenous are available and you have experience in X-ray-safe welding
• Knowledge in the SHK sector as well as hydraulic expertise are an advantage, but not mandatory
• You are willing to work on assembly and convince with an independent and reliable way of working
• German language skills at least at B2 level and a valid driving license complete your profile
