Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Wedding & Events Co‑ordinator will be responsible for maximising wedding sales potential and achieving the meeting room sales targets of the hotel.

Your Job:
  • Source and secure new wedding bookings, corporate functions, and special events for the hotel.
  • Maintain existing client accounts and generate new business from these accounts according to agreed targets.
  • Actively promote the hotel's image and services through both print materials and verbal communication.
  • Keep client databases and the CRM system up to date.
  • Participate fully in all sales activities, including market research, telesales, and sales calls to the local and regional market.
  • Identify key competitors and conduct regular competitor analysis, monitoring their performance, pricing, and sales activities.
  • Organize wedding fairs and conduct tours for prospective clients.
What You Will Need:
  • To have at least 1 year's experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector.
  • Reactive sales experience is a must with proactive sales experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • The role will involve travel; candidates must have access to a car for work and hold a full Driver's Licence.
