🎯 Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Review and test newsletter pages, custom pages, and published posts.

• Conduct manual testing for UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and navigation.

• Verify layouts, links, embeds, and formatting before and after updates.

• Identify, document, and communicate bugs clearly and precisely.

• Validate email previews and ensure proper rendering across devices.

Operations & Troubleshooting

• Manage multiple Beehiiv accounts and configurations.

• Perform periodic health checks.

• Monitor analytics for structural or technical anomalies.

• Troubleshoot minor website, formatting, or design issues.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to resolve inconsistencies.
