• Technical and disciplinary management of the final assembly production department
• Responsibility for the overall planning and coordination of the department
• Responsibility for the pre-assembly and final assembly of laundry machines
• Independent management of employees and trainees from the assembly department
• Organizing and optimizing production processes
• Coordination, implementation and documentation
• Monitoring and ensuring production quality
• Close cooperation with the mechanical design department and external service providers

Your profile:

• Successfully completed master craftsman examination and trainer aptitude test
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering as well as in work and process planning
• Experience in working with ERP systems
• Confident handling of MS-Office
