Helsing is seeking a Warehouse Manager to build and standardise our warehouse operations and lead a two-shift team to ensure reliable supply to production facilities. You will own inventory accuracy, implement structured processes, and drive KPI-based improvements.

You will manage material flows, bookings in SAP modules (WM, EWM, MM), and develop your team with a hands-on leadership style in a demanding defence AI environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in logistics or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of proven experience in leading warehouse or logistics teams.
• Practical hands-on experience in operational warehouse and logistics processes.
• Profound, essential knowledge of SAP WM, EWM, or MM.
• Experience with inventories, cycle counts, and managing overall stock accuracy.
• Fluent in both German and English in word and speech.
• Hands-on mentality, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented leadership style.

The role
