Our mission is backed by over $50 million in funding from top-tier venture capitalists, including Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as founders from UiPath, Helsing, Pitch, and other successful companies.

Your Contribution Matters

In this role, you will take full ownership of RobCo’s operational warehouse logistics, ensuring that production runs smoothly and our robots are delivered to customers on time, complete, and in perfect quality. You will act as a key interface between incoming goods, production, and shipping, playing a vital role in the success of our operational processes.

  • Independently receive, inspect, and record all goods movements in the warehouse management system.
  • Organize and store incoming materials at designated warehouse locations along the production line, optimizing efficiency and minimizing handling.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability for ongoing projects and series production.
  • Pick and prepare all required components for production and final assembly, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle internal transport of materials and coordinate closely with production, project management, and engineering teams.
  • Prepare robots for shipment, including proper packaging, inspection, and timely handover to carriers.
  • Generate shipping, export, and customs documentation and manage international shipments independently.
  • Coordinate with national and international logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Warehouse Operative, or a comparable qualification – alternatively, solid practical experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment.
  • Confident handling of warehouse management systems and digital logistics processes.
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve problems, bottlenecks, and deviations at an early stage.
  • Strong quality awareness and good understanding of time-critical production and delivery processes.
  • Experience in shipping, export, and customs documentation, ideally including customs clearance.
  • Willingness to perform physical work and a practical hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent German skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Why us?
  • Join us in shaping the future of software-defined modular robotics and pioneering solutions to the skilled labor shortage in industry.
  • Work on versatile, responsible, and independent tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Benefit from flat hierarchies and an open, direct feedback culture, including 360° development feedback aimed at your holistic professional growth.
  • Train nationwide at over 7,200 partner studios for just €30 per month with your subsidized Wellpass membership.
  • Enjoy regular team events (Game Nights, Ski Trips, and much more) – teamwork makes the dream work!
