Job Overview

You’ll be part of the Amazon warehouse team that prepares orders for customers who rely on Amazon services. You will select, pack, and ship orders – in some cases for our fast delivery service.

Shift Details

Effective September 1st, the entry‑level wage increases to €16,69 per hour. The base rate for day‑time shifts is €16,03 gross per hour. After 12 months of service the wage will be adjusted to €16,56 gross per hour, and after 24 months to €18,36 gross per hour. Night shifts are paid at €20,83 gross per hour, inclusive of a tax‑free bonus of €4,80 per hour for work between 02:00 and 06:00.

Both full‑time (+30 hours/week) and part‑time (12+ hours/week) positions are available with fixed shift schedules. The working week runs Monday to Saturday, with 5 days a week and 2 Saturdays per month.

Duties

• Get customer orders ready and pack them.
• Receive and put away inventory.
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Use smartphones and handheld devices to scan, sort, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans.
• Operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 13 metres (including mezzanines). Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Proficient in German, and either English or Arabic (required for SCN2).
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 kg and perform tasks that require standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and using carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
• Willingness and ability to work at heights up to 13 metres, including stairs and mezzanines.
• Capacity to view prompts on screens and follow directions for various tasks.
• Adherence to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
