Intercon Solutions GmbH is seeking a hands-on IT System Administrator to own Windows and Linux infrastructure in a permanent, full-time role. You will split your time between Windows and Linux tasks, manage Intune, Active Directory, networks, and virtualization, and contribute to ongoing IT improvements.

The ideal candidate brings 5–6 years in a similar environment, quick problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and strong English. German not required initially; on-site onboarding preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5–6 years of experience in an IT system house, MSP or similar infrastructure role.
• Hands-on, takes ownership, and solves issues quickly.
• Strong Windows and Linux hands-on experience.
• Experience with Intune and Active Directory is preferred.
• Solid networking knowledge and virtualization experience.
• Excellent English language skills.

What makes you a great fit

Ideally, you already bring around 5–6 years of experience in an IT system house, managed services environment or similarly broad infrastructure role.

You know different systems, can troubleshoot quickly and prefer taking ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve the issue.

But this is not only about years of experience.

If you gained strong hands-on experience during university, through working student roles, side projects or your own infrastructure projects, learn extremely quickly and are simply a very sharp technical mind, we definitely want to hear from you as well.
