Zusammenfassung

Intercon Solutions GmbH is seeking an IT System Administrator Windows & Linux (m/f/d) for a permanent, full-time position. You will manage a mixed IT environment with 60% Windows and 40% Linux, including Intune and Active Directory, plus virtualization and server provisioning.

We value ownership, fast learning, and a startup mindset. German is not required initially; English skills are important. Hybrid and flexible on-site work, with onboarding on-site as needed.

What makes you a great fit

Ideally, you already bring around 5–6 years of experience in an IT system house, managed services environment or similarly broad infrastructure role.

You know different systems, can troubleshoot quickly and prefer taking ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve the issue.

But this is not only about years of experience.

If you gained strong hands-on experience during university, through working student roles, side projects or your own infrastructure projects, learn extremely quickly and are simply a very sharp technical mind, we definitely want to hear from you as well.
