BCG Platinion in Köln is seeking a Visiting Associate (all genders) starting autumn 2026. As part of our consulting team, you will support the development of IT strategies and solutions at customer sites and office locations. This role offers the opportunity to grow in an inclusive environment while working on strategic IT implementations.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a master's degree and has strong IT and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and bilingual communication capabilities.

As Visiting Associate (all genders) at BCG Platinion you'll support our consulting team for up to three months, starting in autumn 2026. You will actively support the development of IT strategies, concepts and solutions at the customer site as well as at one of our office locations. Thereby, you will actively take part in the BCG Platinion working life and continuously expand your capabilities.

• You will provide support for our teams in strategic IT implementation programs, and the analysis, development and optimization of cutting‑edge, customized IT architectures
• You will develop IT‑related project content independently by analysing relevant data
• You will prepare and follow up on customer meetings and presentations, interacting with different stakeholders

• You are at an advanced stage of your master’s studies in computer science, business informatics or a related discipline
• You own strong IT skills and have already gained first practical experience via internships or as a working student (IT architectures, software development, IT project management, IT services processes)
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual abilities and are proficient in MS‑Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
• You work extremely customer‑ and results‑oriented
• You are good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English
