Aufgaben

• Be the Valeo representative for Quality matters at Audi in Ingolstadt, building trust and coordinating Valeo activities at the customer site.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting and data analyses for the customer quality champion.
• Assist in achieving customer quality objectives, including response performance and data-driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and dashboards using BigQuery to monitor large data sets.
• Support cross-functional tasks such as procedure creation, training plans, and knowledge management.

The site of Munich (Unterfoehring) based in Germany belongs to the Holding Headquarter Group. We are looking for a VIE Quality Engineer for 12 months (renewable for 12 additional months) within the team.

Your challenges?

• You will be the Valeo representative for Quality matters at Audi in Ingolstadt : building trust relationship with the customer, maintaining a permanent dialogue and cooperation participating in Customer's daily life ensuring reactivity & coordinating Valeo activities at Customer's site
• You will coordinate weekly and monthly reporting
• You will assist the customer quality champion in the realisation of objectives, especially customer response performance
• You will provide data analysis and reports for the customer quality champion
• You will coordinate and support transversal tasks (reporting standardisation, new procedure creation, training plans, customer knowledge)
• You will improve efficiency of activity by analysing lean reporting methods
• You will further develop and maintain databases, dashboards and big query to monitor large amount of data and identify patterns
• You will suggest solutions based on data analysis to overcome problems and support quality team members
• You will maintain and update of quality-related documents, feeding and updating customer information from b2b tools within Valeo systems
• You will build and strengthen customer relationships and you will prepare and support negotiations with the customer

Let's talk about you...

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Engineering, Quality or Data Analysis
• You already have experience in Quality (ideally in the automotive field or in an industry)
• You have a fluent level of English and you have a good command of German (B2 level or higher)
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
