Alstom in Salzgitter is seeking a full-time VIE - Project Performance/PMO to join a cross-functional team responsible for reporting, KPI maintenance, and continuous improvement across the project. You will work with the Project Director and Deputy PMO to ensure on-time delivery of reports, maintain PowerBI dashboards, manage risks, and support audits.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, familiarity with KPI tools, MS Office, and a proactive, collaborative mindset;

Become a member of a cross-functional team, based in Salzgitter, which will develop a cutting-edge battery electric tilting train together with Alstom sites in various European countries. You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and supportive teammates. Together we will make a significant contribution to modern green energy soutions on rails.
Working closely with the Project Director and Deputy Project Manager, you'll help ensure the quality and on-time delivery of project reports and KPIs to all stakeholders. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, engineering teams and site management), maintain and enhance project dashboards, and implement continuous improvement processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting the Project Management team with reporting and KPI maintenance, and contribute to key milestones achievements for the project .
