We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Professional to join our dynamic team in Berlin (or other sites within our Alstom network). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives and support the ongoing transformation of our Central Northern Europe (CNE) operations.

We’ll look to you for
  • Support the transformation of the CNE region
  • Analyze processes and realise improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to change management activities (communication, stakeholder engagement)
  • Prepare project plans, status reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
