You will manage signal paths (SDI, HDMI, NDI, network), operate media servers and video switchers during live shows, and collaborate with project management, audio, and lighting to ensure smooth productions.

The Cue Group is looking for a Video Technician / Media Technician based in Berlin-Reinickendorf, full-time, permanent. You set up, operate, and break down video and media equipment: LED walls, projection, camera systems, and displays. During live shows, you operate media servers, video switchers, and signal management. You set up and monitor signal paths (SDI, HDMI, NDI, network), calibrate, and troubleshoot on-site. You work with project management, audio, and lighting within the technical team, provide technical support for the event from delivery through final sign-off, and maintain, service, and inspect equipment in the warehouse between deployments. You'll work on productions for corporate events, conferences, galas, and brand experiences, as well as permanently equipped venues.

Requirements

• completed training as an Event Technology Specialist, Media Designer (Picture & Sound), Media Technician, or an equivalent qualification.
• Motivated career changers with relevant hands‑on experience are explicitly welcome.
