A leading media company is seeking a creative professional to produce high-performing display and video ads for major Direct-to-Consumer brands. The role offers flexibility and remote work, requiring skills in graphic design and video editing, particularly with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Create high-performing display and video ads for social media based on existing graphics and footage for some of the world’s largest Direct-to-Consumer brands.
Analyze and improve the performance of existing ads by making changes to style, cut, footage, copy, animation, etc.
Collaborate with our international remote team to produce the best-performing creative.
You have professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing; prior experience in social media is a plus.
You know your way around the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere and Photoshop.
You like to be efficient and productive.
You are fluent in English.
It wasn’t too long ago back in 2015 when we were sitting in a living room in Berlin-Mitte, working on our first Facebook videos for German media brands like Pro7, Bunte or Cosmopolitan. Fast forward one year later and we were one of the three biggest Facebook video publishers on the planet producing more than 1,000 videos per month and more than 10 billion video views! The marketing magazine, W&V, now calls us the “shooting star of the marketing scene” and we work with some of the largest brands in the US and Europe significantly accelerating their growth. To break it down, we’re currently building a pretty interesting company that sits somewhere in between performance marketing, video and social media, all the while challenging the traditional advertising agency models.
