STARK is seeking a Midweight/Senior Video Editor to join our in-house film team in Berlin. You will lead post-production across every story we tell — from cinematic mini-docs to product reveals and technical breakdowns — turning complex hardware and autonomous systems into clear, compelling video.

You will own the edit from ingest to final delivery, build robust media management practices, and shape the editorial voice for high-end campaigns while collaborating closely with the Visual Content

STARK is hiring a Midweight/Senior Video Editor to join our in-house film team as a key creative partner. Working shoulder to shoulder with our Visual Content Manager and Head of Design & Brand, you will lead post-production across every story we tell - cinematic mini-docs, product reveals, recaps of live field tests, and clear technical spec breakdowns.

We're looking for someone who brings a strong editorial voice to the table. You'll take full ownership of the post-production pipeline, turning everything from live field ops and product reveals to high-level brand and mission stories into clear, compelling video.

• Own the edit from ingest to final delivery for high-end campaigns, technical deep-dives, and social assets.

• Build and maintain clean media management practices - ensuring raw footage from field tests, shoots, and demos is properly logged, organized, and backed up.

• Craft compelling stories that communicate the nuances of complex hardware and autonomous systems.

• Lead the edit on documentary-style projects that highlight field testing, tech development, and real-world operations.
