Cross Border Talents is seeking a Video Content Analyst for the German market with relocation support to Lisbon. This full-time role offers up to 16,100 gross plus a language bonus, meal allowance, transport, and a yearly performance bonus.

You will review user reports, handle sensitive material with discretion, remove policy-violating content, and apply guidelines to keep the platform safe. German native plus English B2+ required, with rotating shifts including nights.

• Review and assess user reports on video content
• Handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism
• Remove inappropriate or policy-violating content
• Apply guidelines consistently to ensure a safe viewing environment

What were looking for:

• German native/fluent + English (B2+)
• Flexible for rotating shifts (including occasional nights)
• Tolerance for sensitive/graphic content
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
• Quick learner, adaptable, and objective in decision-making
