Vice President, Client Conversions & Change

Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid work schedule)

Responsibilities

• Lead project and program management of complex, long‑term initiatives for new business across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with internal key partners and clients to facilitate the conversion of client assets, processes, and procedures from current custodians to BNY.
• Implement full program governance, including standard artifacts to track project plans and assignments.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, reporting, and issue/risk tracking; escalates risks to management and works with stakeholders to meet conversion timelines.
• Drive improvement initiatives within Client Conversion and Change.
• Provide leadership and recommendations to ensure high‑quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, etc.) to address onboarding needs and ensure alignment.
• Manage client expectations by evaluating scope creep, project changes, and customized operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8–10+ years of total work experience, preferably in project management.
• Project Management Certification strongly preferred.
• Strong client‑facing and project management experience.
• German language proficiency highly preferred.
