North Star Hamburg is seeking a seasoned Vessel Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and commercially successful operation of our offshore fleet. You will own end-to-end vessel performance, maintain technical integrity, lead crews and manage client delivery.

Based in Hamburg, you will coordinate planned maintenance, dry dockings and improvements, while developing high-performing teams and promoting safety, accountability and operational excellence across Europe.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Vessel Manager to join our Hamburg team and play a key role in the safe, efficient and commercially successful operation of our fleet.

This is far more than a vessel management role. Acting as North Star's asset owner, you'll have end-to-end accountability for vessel performance, technical integrity, crew effectiveness, client delivery and financial results. From operational readiness and maintenance planning to client relationships and commercial performance, you'll be empowered to make decisions that directly impact the success of the business.

Working closely with Masters, technical specialists, clients and senior leaders, you'll help ensure our vessels consistently deliver safe, reliable and exceptional service. You'll lead planned maintenance, repairs, dry dockings and improvement projects, whilst building high-performing teams and a culture where safety, accountability and operational excellence come first.

We're looking for a credible and commercially minded maritime professional with vessel management experience and a passion for delivering results. Whether your background is ashore or at sea as a Chief Engineer, Master Mariner or similar senior maritime role, you'll bring the leadership, technical knowledge and customer focus needed to thrive in a fast-paced offshore environment.
