Zusammenfassung

FERCHAU is seeking a Verification Engineer (m/f/d) for helicopter and UAV avionics in Germany to contribute to safety-critical software verification, testing, and automation.

You will analyze and debug software, develop automated test scenarios, and maintain test environments while collaborating with an international, multidisciplinary team in a cutting-edge aerospace context. The role also offers professional development and flexible working time models.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in computer science, aerospace engineering or electrical engineering.
• Experience in software or system verification and testing.
• Knowledge of C or C++.
• Experience in helicopter avionics and DO-178/C is beneficial.

• Development of tests for safety and mission critical software in the field of helicopter avionics
• Analysis and debugging of software in context of test operations
• Implementation of automated scenarios
• Carrying out formal software acceptance tests including reviews and documentations
