Wayve is seeking a Vehicle Safety Operator in Leonberg, Germany. In this role, you'll perform on-road tests to help shape the future of driving safety, ensuring the AI functions correctly and providing valuable feedback to our teams.
Key qualifications include a clean German driving licence, at least five years of driving experience in Germany, and strong communication skills. You will be on a fixed-term contract, working shifts and possibly traveling nationally and internationally.

As a Vehicle Safety Operator you will be responsible for running on road experiments and reporting back to our research and development teams.

Shift Pattern - Rota issued 4 weeks in advance.
Monday to Sunday - 40 hours per week/weekend (must be able to work weekends)
This role is a 1-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC). Based onsite at our office in Leonberg. National and international travelling is required
Please carefully consider your commute options to ensure that you are comfortable with the travel distance and can consistently arrive on time. For reference, our office does have on‑site parking that is currently available but cannot be guaranteed long‑term as the team continues to grow and if your commute is more than 1.5 hours one way, it may not be practical for this role.
