As a Venture Developer, you are a strategic generalist with a strong execution mindset, working closely with the Chief of Staff to drive high‑impact initiatives across the company. You will be at the forefront of scaling our organization, optimizing processes, and managing strategic projects that enhance operational efficiency and business growth. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and hands‑on execution.

You will have an impact on:

• Lead and execute key initiatives from ideation to completion, aligning with company goals, defining project scope and success metrics, managing risks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Build and scale a performance‑driven organization with the Chief of Staff by refining structures, enhancing team alignment, and driving the OKR process for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Optimize and standardize scalable processes by identifying inefficiencies, leveraging data for improvement, and ensuring operational excellence and adaptability.

• You have 2+ years of experience in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments like consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high‑growth startups.
• With an entrepreneurial mindset, you tackle any task with ownership and a drive for excellence.
