Zusammenfassung

NEURA Robotics is seeking a hands-on Value Stream Planner / Factory Planner in Stuttgart to shape manufacturing systems across development, production, quality, logistics and plant engineering. You will design flow-oriented layouts and implement them in a lean production system to ensure efficiency, stability and future-proofing of our factory.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience creating factory layouts using CAD tools.
• Several years applying Lean methods with value stream analysis & design, especially in flow-oriented layouts.
• Hands-on, structured and analytical working style.
• Ability to drive and implement change processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork in interdisciplinary projects.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Translate value stream planning into flow-oriented factory layout planning and coordinate ongoing changes.
• Manage, optimize and stabilize value streams from raw material logistics through to the finished robot system.
• Apply Lean methods and value stream analyses to reduce waste in material, information, and data flows, and continuously improve production standards.
• Design material, information, and data flows, conduct layout analyses, and derive stable standards.
• Work closely with development, quality, production, and logistics to establish effective process solutions.

As a hands-on Value Stream Planner / Factory Planner, you'll shape the future of our manufacturing systems and actively help build the elements of the NEURA production system.

You'll work at the intersection of development, production, quality, logistics, and plant engineering with the goal of designing production systems and value streams that are efficient, stable, and future-proof, and implementing them in a flow-oriented factory layout.

Your main responsibilities include:

• You translate our value stream planning into flow-oriented factory layout planning and coordinate ongoing changes.
• You manage, optimize, and stabilize value streams. From raw material logistics through to the finished robot system.
• You apply Lean methods and value stream analyses to systematically reduce waste in material, information, and data flows, and continuously improve standards within the production system.
• You design material, information, and data flows, conduct layout analyses, and derive stable standards from them.
• You work closely with development, quality, production, and logistics to establish consistently effective process solutions.
