Key Responsibilities

• You will be at the forefront of project success, from concept to completion.
• Drive the successful and timely completion of multiple, concurrent projects.
• Ensure project quality with sound planning, proactive risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Support project development and upscaling, create user requirement specifications, and ensure all legal, EHS, and GMP requirements are met.
• Effectively manage stakeholders and negotiate with external vendors to champion project interests.
• Create and execute change plans, CAPA tasks, and report on project and financial performance to local and global audiences.

Who We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
• German and English fluency a must.
• 5+ years of significant engineering experience.
• Proven experience in process / project optimisation.
• Proficiency with project planning tools, SAP, and MS Office.
