Le groupe Crédit Mutuel recherche un(e) Specialist Asset Management & Pension pour rejoindre l’équipe « Asset Management & Pension » à Düsseldorf. Vous soutiendrez les rapports et évaluations destinés à la direction et aux ventes, et contribuerez au développement des méthodologies d’investissement.

Qualifications

• Compréhension des marchés financiers et de leurs instruments.
• Expérience pratique dans l’asset management, les marchés de capitaux ou domaines similaires.
• Intérêt pour l’analyse de données et la modélisation, idéalement expérience en langages de programmation et outils BI.
• Compétences avancées en MS Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Fournir des supports pour des rapports et présentations destinés à la direction et aux comités.
• Concevoir et maintenir le reporting régulier du portefeuille de fonds de retraite, de la collecte des données au rapport final.
• Contribuer à l’évolution des méthodologies d’investissement en Private Banking & Wealth Management.
• Aider au développement et à la maintenance de modèles quantitatifs: préparation des données, vérifications et documentation.
• Apporter des inputs pour les investissements dans les régimes de retraite et la gestion des prestataires externes.

To strengthen our ‘Asset Management & Pension’ team, we are looking for a Specialist Asset Management & Pension Fund.

Within the Strategic Programs department, you will join the “Asset Management & Pension” team which consists of 2 people. The team supports all operational and analytical tasks related to asset management methodology and occupational pension schemes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the creation of regular reports, evaluations and presentations for management, committees and sales
• Developing and maintaining the regular portfolio reporting for our pension fund from data feed to final reports
• Contributing to the further development of investment methodologies in Private Banking & Wealth Management
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of quantitative models, including data preparation, plausibility checks and documentation
• Providing input for capital investment in occupational pension schemes, for the integration of external asset managers and for the bank's internal Vendor Management processes

What we’ll appreciate about you ?

• Degree in economics, finance, mathematics or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Understanding of capital and financial markets and their instruments through education or practical experience
• Initial practical experience in asset management, capital markets or related fields
• Interest in data analysis and modelling, ideally first experience in programming languages and BI tools, excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Started or completed professional qualification like CFA, CIIA, FRM is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, structured and reliable way of working, strong communication and teamwork skills, Proficiency in English, German skills are a plus.

The position is to be filled from 2027 for or a period of 24 months.
