Zusammenfassung

Transdev is seeking a V.I.E Junior Privacy & Compliance Referent in Berlin to support day-to-day compliance processes and KYC checks. The role involves drafting policies, collaborating on cross-functional projects, and reporting to the French parent company.

You will work in the Privacy & Compliance department under senior specialists and the CFO, with occasional travel. The ideal candidate has a law- or politics-related degree, basic compliance experience, fluent German (B2), and strong

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Political Science, or a comparable field.
• Initial experience in compliance or data protection, through internships or work placements is desirable.
• Good knowledge of German (minimum B2) is essential; English is used for reporting to the French parent company.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented, with the ability to draft precise, structured documents.
• Discreet and trustworthy, comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Autonomous, reliable and collaborative, willing to travel occasionally (2 to 3 times a year).

YourDestination

• Basedin Berlin, you will join the Privacy & Compliancedepartment, a close-knit team of five reporting to the Head of Privacy &Compliance / Ethics & Compliance Officer Germany, under the CFO.

The teamcovers the full compliance and data protection scope for Transdev in Germany.

This VIE assignment is for a duration of 12 months.
