Zusammenfassung

ALTEN is seeking an engineer technician to support pre-assembly and integration of mechanical components and to install and route electrical components within complex system architectures.

You will work with measurement equipment and participate in verification, testing, and quality assurance activities. English communication is essential; German is a plus in a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with cabling and connection technologies (crimping, clamping, soldering).
• Familiar with electrical integration, including connectors, grounding, and wiring.
• Experience using mechanical assembly tools such as torque tools and fastening systems.
• Experience handling measurement and test equipment including sensor systems and temperature measurement tools.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus and collaboration is valued.

Qualifications

• fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
• have successfully completed training in Electrical Engineering (e.g., technician) or a comparable qualification
• have hands-on experience with cabling and connection technologies such as crimping, clamping, and soldering
• are familiar with electrical integration, including connectors, grounding systems, and wiring
• have experience using mechanical assembly tools like torque tools and fastening systems
• are experienced in handling measurement and test equipment, including sensor systems and temperature measurement tools
• ideally have knowledge of ESA-certified processes in electrical and mechanical integration
• have strong communication skills in English, German is a plus and a collaborative approach
