For our client, a leading multinational technology company specializing in internet-related services and products, we are currently seeking an UX Writer & Content Designer (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment based in Munich.

Description

As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you'll drive positive change by shaping clear, scalable, user-centered content experiences. You'll influence product direction through thoughtful language, strategic design thinking, and deep collaboration with cross-functional partners. Your work spans from crafting end-to-end narratives to designing frameworks and systems that elevate product quality and consistency.

You bring expertise in UX principles, content design, user-centered product development, and research methodologies. You'll help teams align around a shared product vision and deliver cohesive, intuitive experiences that support business objectives and delight users.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion user experience through principled, well-reasoned, and data-driven content and UX decisions
• Advocate for the inclusion of all UX functions throughout the design process.
• Build alignment with key stakeholders (e.g., marketing, legal, engineering) to articulate product narratives, mission, and principles
• Use data, metrics, and market insights to evaluate product impact and guide design direction
• Create UX solutions informed by user insights, business needs, and industry trends; partner with teams to meet key KPIs
• Drive continuous improvements in UX through user research, stakeholder input, and strategic content design
• Support project scoping, prioritization, and resource planning while identifying opportunities to enhance Product Excellence (e.g., accessibility, localization)
• Apply or define UX frameworks, patterns, and systems; create mockups, prototypes, or content flows to communicate ideas and move the product vision forward
• Establish holistic UX processes and scalable writing/design patterns across teams or products
• Develop innovative solutions that anticipate user needs and evolving constraints
• Guide UX teams in concept development and research/testing, or conduct research independently
• Identify and solve user comprehension challenges through thoughtful information architecture and language design
