A&O Hotels and Hostels Holding AG in Berlin is seeking a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) to shape web and digital experiences. You will design and iterate on mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for our websites and digital touchpoints.

Collaborate with Frontend, Marketing, and Product from brief to pixel-perfect handoff; run usability checks; leverage AI-powered design tools; and help rethink the hostel brand online.

• You think in user flows, not just pretty screens.

• You know how to design for the web – responsive layouts, accessibility, and developer handoff included.

• You're already using AI tools in your design workflow – and actively looking for more ways to leverage them.

• You communicate your design decisions clearly – to devs, to marketers, to stakeholders.
